All our orders are shipped from Hong Kong SAR (China).
Delivery Time & Costs
We offer free delivery for orders over HK$2,800 / US$450 / £350 / AU$500 / €400 / SG$500 / ¥65,000
Delivery costs are calculated and added at checkout.
Our average delivery time is around 2-7 business days. Make sure your order is posted with enough time to receive your items, especially if you want to gift someone or celebrate a special occasion.
All orders are shipped under standard service courier. We do not distinguish between standard and express shipping modes.
Shipments to Russia and Ukraine are temporarily suspended.
* We reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure, for example to a communal postal address or a PO box.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the value of the order and destination. It is not calculated base of the total weight.

Duties & Taxes
We strive for complete transparency. Import duties and taxes are determined by the destination, the value of your purchase, and the items selected. When applicable, any duties or taxes collected at checkout will be shown as a distinct line item. If customs charges are already incorporated into the product price, a clear note will be visible at checkout. In a small number of destinations, local regulations require duties and taxes to be paid on delivery; when this is the case you will be informed at checkout so you may place your order with full confidence.
