Promotion Period:

• This promotion is valid from 10th June, 2026 (GMT+8), inclusive.

Eligibility Requirements:

• To qualify for the 15% discount, the total net purchase amount must equal or exceed HK$8,000 (or its equivalent in local currency) in a single transaction
• The transaction must include at least one (1) WATERSKY collaboration item.

Discount Applicability & Exclusions:

• The 15% discount applies only to other eligible full-priced (regular-priced) items within the qualifying order.
• WATERSKY collaboration items are strictly excluded from the 15% discount. However, the purchase value of WATERSKY items will count toward fulfilling the minimum HK$8,000 spending threshold.
• Discounted sale items, promotional bundles, and Bespoke/Made-to-Order items are also excluded from receiving the 15% discount.

Combinability:

• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with Shanghai Tang VIP privilege discounts, member birthday discounts, employee discounts, or any other ongoing promotional vouchers and coupons.

Returns & Exchanges:

• If a partial return or refund causes the remaining net order value to drop below the HK$8,000 threshold, or if the qualifying WATERSKY collaboration item is returned, the 15% discount will be forfeited. The refund amount will be adjusted to reflect the original full price of the retained items.
• Any complimentary gift sets received with the tiered spending must be returned in their original, unused, and sellable condition if the return invalidates the original qualification tier.

General Provisions:

• All products and promotional gifts are subject to stock availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Shanghai Tang reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion, including these Terms & Conditions, at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with this promotion, the decision of SHANGHAI TANG shall be final and binding.
