Shipping Time

We endeavor to dispatch/process all orders within 48 hours and to deliver to your door within 7 working days although we are generally faster.

Make sure your order is posted with enough time to receive your items, especially if you want to gift someone or celebrate a birthday. All orders are shipped to your door under standard service courier, most of them by DHL.

Shipping cost

The shipping cost charged for each Online order is supposed to compensate for the real cost of shipment and delivery.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the value of the order and destination. It generally represents 7% to 10% of the total cost of your order. We make no profit out of it.

Exchanges

We can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. Exchanges for a completely different item are accepted at the discretion of Shanghai Tang.

Refunds

You have the right to change your mind. We refund any order for any reason providing the goods are returned to our nearest store within 14 days following the delivery of your order to your shipping address.
