Let your imagination roam free,
Unfettered by boundaries
On this expedition into the unknown.
I am at one with nature,
Calm and collected as bamboo,
Serene and resolute as chrysanthemum.
Think out of the box,
Stride on with purpose,
Let your heart guide the way.
This is a journey of spiritual healing,
As we emerge from meadows of vibrant blooms,
Bolder and better. -

A collection created in unusual times, Time to Bloom represents a journey of spiritual healing, forecasting brighter times where we emerge through thickets into meadows of vibrant blooms, bolder and better.
Creative Director Victoria Tang-Owen embraces the concept of an expedition into the unknown, delivering a modern and tasteful collection that channels positivity and rejuvenation as the outcome. -
A Treasure Trove of Luxurious Textures
Rich textures and sumptuous fabrics anchor the heart of the FW20 Collection, including velvet, quilted fabrics, felted wool blends and sequined embroidery.
Velvet key items take centre stage — for women, a charming mandarin collar velvet cape with a vibrant chrysanthemum print silk lining, and a plush quilted velvet vest with a braided velvet belt; for men, our signature velvet Tang jacket with a majestic dragon jacquard silk lining, and a luxurious 5-button velvet jacket with a mandarin collar. -
-
Bamboo and chrysanthemum – two renowned and dignified plants in Chinese culture and lore – are the key motifs of the collection.
Both are resilient plants that can withstand harsh weather conditions, blooming and thriving through the frost and snow, aptly representing the spirit of the collection that pulses with positive energy. -

Chrysanthemum — Serene & Resolute
Serene, resolute and hailed as the tenacious hermit in Chinese culture, the chrysanthemum is featured in various forms such as prints, quilting, jacquard and delicate sequined embroidery, creating exquisite pieces with strong modern sensibility. -
-
A beautiful stretch silk fabric with a purple and teal chrysanthemum print against a leafy bamboo background is used for lining several styles, including a velvet cape and a longline velvet jacket; sparkling bouquets of chrysanthemums embellish a white shirt in the form of sequined embroidery patches.

Bamboo — Calm & Collected
The bamboo, a perennial plant that stays verdant and upright from summer through winter, is regarded as the humble, honest one in Chinese arts and literature.
This elegant and meaningful plant graces several star pieces including a flowing maxi-length wrap dress in forest green, crafted from a comfortably soft stretch silk fabric with a bamboo jacquard pattern. -
The subtle bamboo jacquard pattern gently shifts under the light from different angles with an enticing lustrous effect.
