TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  1. To enter this giveaway, users must enter the giveaway by visiting the giveaway site and completing the giveaway entry form. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person/email address. Additional entries per person/email address, will not be acknowledged. The use of an agency or any automated system to enter is strictly prohibited and Shanghai Tang reserves the right to disqualify any entries received through such methods, as determined by Shanghai Tang, in its sole discretion.
  2. This contest opens on 28 September 2020 at 00:00 and will close on 7 October 2020 at 23:59 (UTC +08:00).
  3. One (1) winner for each of the four (4) prizes, total four (4) winners will be selected by Shanghai Tang based on the best submissions after the contest deadline of 23:59 (UTC +8:00) on 7 October 2020. Only entrants who have fulfilled the criteria in (1) above shall be considered. Entries made after this deadline will not be considered.
  4. The contest is open internationally to all except for Shanghai Tang employees.
  5. The Grand Prize is one Ginger Flower Scented Candle 250g, one Bamboo Scented Candle 250g and one Chrysanthemum Scented Candle 250g. The three Runner-up Prizes are as follows: 1) One Ginger Flower Mini Scented Candle Set 55g x 2; 2) One Bamboo Mini Scented Candle Set 55g x 2; 3) One Chrysanthemum Mini Scented Candle Set 55g x 2.
  6. Results of the giveaway will be announced on 9 October 2020. Shanghai Tang will send an email to the winners’ provided email address with the prize delivery details.
  7. Winners will need to confirm their email address, contact phone number and postal address for delivery as instructed at the time of winner announcement. Further details will then be provided by Shanghai Tang for the prize delivery arrangements.
  8. Each entrant can only win one prize in this contest.
  9. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.
  10. The winner will have 48 hours to reply to the email to claim their prize. After this time, Shanghai Tang reserves the right to select a new winner.
  11. The decisions of Shanghai Tang are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  12. Any information you submit as part of the giveaway will be used for purposes of this giveaway and treated in accordance with Shanghai Tang’s Privacy Policy. Except where prohibited, participation in the giveaway constitutes an entrant’s consent to Shanghai Tang’s use of his/her name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
  13. By taking part in this promotion, all participants consent to their information, including, without limitation, your email address, phone number, mailing address, or any other contact information provided for general solicitation, marketing, or other business or promotional activities in connection with the services and products provided by Shanghai Tang. You may at any time revoke the use of such information by providing written notice to Shanghai Tang at [email protected] or by responding to a marketing email using the unsubscribe link provided in the email. Please note that your opt-out preference will apply to marketing communication and may not apply to transactional communication including those associated with your entry.
  14. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with Hong Kong’s current principal data protection legislation and will not be used for marketing purposes without the individual's prior consent.
  15. Shanghai Tang reserves the right to withdraw or amend without notice this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
  16. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the Hong Kong courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to deal with all matters relating to these Terms and Conditions.
